How to diagnose the bug?

To perform "Diagnostics" (creating a report with a detailed error log), you must:

1. Go to the "Settings" of the program, then the section "Other", in it enable the checkbox "Detailed log (Debug information for developers)";
2. Restart the program (in which the error appears);
3. Perform the actions that led to the error;
4. Without closing (if possible) the program, run the diagnostics in the "Settings / Other" section or run Diagnostic.exe in the program folder;

Transfer the resulting file report.zip to the support service along with a description of the problem.
